Riding The Highs And Lows With Faith

Sorry again! The truth is last week was a tough one and I didn't feel up for writing an email but thats okay thats how a mission goes and life as well!!!

I don’t have much to tell, but this week was awesome! I had to go to Oaxaca again because I’m a doofus and lost my green card... so there goes Tuesday and Wednesday and then we were smooth sailing from there!

There were so many amazing experiences this week and I can’t believe I’m coming to and end of my training!

I’d love to share an experience very fast! I see miracles every day in my mission but I didnt just see this miracle it slapped me in the face. I’ve been struggling knowing what to do and plan for each day. And we stopped by a kids house that we have been teaching, but is honestly just super busy. We stopped by and his Uncle said he had just left for a party and wasn't coming back. We were with a member (his name is Jesus he's such a legend) and he has a car. We get in the car and he suggests we say a prayer. We bow our heads and say our prayer and the second me open our eyes we see our friend walk past our car! Like HOWWW??? So so amazing, God is good! He may answer our prayers in big and miracoulous ways or he may answer them by a small consoling feeling in our heart. It doesn’t matter how, but God answers PRAYERS!

My favorite part of the week is at the end of some of our days we've been passing by with recent converts and inactive members that live on the same street and they are all teenagers and little kids. As well as a bunch of 6, 7, 8 and 9 year old that just love to listen. We gather everyone around and I get to work on my spanish and teaching skills for a while its such a blast!!!

For my spiritual thought I want to mention something awesome that I got to talk about with my mom and dad this week! A TESTIMONY! Why is a personal testimony so so important? When we have a testimony and the winds of the adversary begin to blow we know what we stand for and more importantly WHO we stand for. Whether the adversary throws struggles with other members of the church, family or personal life struggles we know without a shadow of a doubt our testimony is in Jesus the Christ, The Prince of Peace and our Dear, Kind and Gracious Heavenly Father! Our covenants our with them, our testimony is in them! Thats why in the most trying times in our lives we have no need to fear!

Youre so loved by your Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ! Miss you all more than you know
